Current responsibilities:
Ms. Mosley is a Valuation Director for JLL Value and Risk Advisory in Houston, Texas. She joined JLL in February 2020 with experience in the valuation and analysis of commercial use properties both nationally and locally. She has performed real estate valuations of fee simple and leased fee interest properties of existing and proposed developments, including raw land, commercial business park developments, mixed-use developments, retail use properties, hotel properties, industrial use properties, automotive dealerships, and church facilities for various financial institutions, private individuals, and governmental entities.
Experience:
With 19-years of real estate appraisal and valuation consulting experience in the Greater Houston area, Ms. Mosley has a concentrated focus in eminent domain. She has performed valuation services for both private property owners and condemning authorities for litigation proceedings and negotiations purposes. She has testified as an expert witness in Harris County, Fort Bend County, and Montgomery County, TX.
Prior to joining JLL Value and Risk Advisory Services Group, Ms. Mosley was a Senior Valuation Specialist at Colliers International Value and Risk Advisory Services in Houston, Texas. At Colliers International, she was designated as part of the Right-of-Way specialty group and focused on right-of-way valuation services.
