With more than 35 years of office leasing experience on Los Angeles’ Westside, Mr. Geller has developed a highly valuable contact network and is recognized as a market leader in the leasing of creative office space.
Prior to uniting his real estate practice with JLL, Mr. Geller owned and operated, for some 30 years, Beverly Hills based First Property Realty Corporation, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage company, where he brokered over 14 million square feet of leases on behalf of Westside landlords. Mr. Geller began his career at the Westwood office of Studley, Inc. (now Savills Inc.) where he spearheaded the office leasing agency practice and built a sizeable landlord office leasing portfolio.
