Current responsibilities
Michael Viera currently serves as a Senior Associate on JLL’s Northeast Industrial Team, specializing in industrial brokerage for the Northeast. He provides advisory services for the leasing and sale of industrial real estate, and related services, to tenant and ownership groups throughout the region. His strong reputation for his dedication to business development – while staying ahead of industry trends and advancements, extends to new and existing client relationships.
Experience
Michael joined JLL in 2023 as a Senior Associate in the Iselin, NJ office. He relocated from Columbus, Ohio, where he spent three years at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate as an industrial broker providing similar real estate services for institutional and local clients in the greater Columbus market.
