Michael is a Senior Vice President in the Greater Sacramento Region. He currently represents several of the largest and most prominent Owners and Tenant in this market. Michael is currently working on several million square feet of agency assignments and tenant representation requirements. He is also underwriting over $250M worth of investments for both Sellers and Buyer.
Born and raised in Sacramento and in his 22 years in the industry, Michael has witnessed six (6) business cycles of varying degrees of severity. He uses this in-depth understanding of the market to institutionally approach and counsel his clients in making the most strategic and sound decisions given the circumstance. Michael uses the most accurate market data to validate and support his recommendations. Michael excels at identifying value-add opportunities and has a unique understanding of options for ownership, construction, and ground up development. In this most recent recession, Michael represented more than a dozen financial institutions selling over 100 OREO/Lender foreclosed properties.

Michael attended the University of CA, Davis and graduated with a degree in Political Science. He is a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and has had his CCIM since 1998.
