Current Responsibilities & Experience

Michael is an Executive Vice President in the Greater Sacramento Region. He currently represents several of the largest and most prominent owners and tenants in the region and is the regional account lead for several of JLL’s largest national clients. Michael also co- leads JLL’s life-sciences and Capital Markets and investment platform.

Born and raised in Sacramento and in his 27 years in the industry, Michael has witnessed six business cycles of varying degrees of severity. Michael attributes his success to his communication skills, the application of a consistent Process, and taking an institutional approach to every project regardless of its size or degree of complexity. Michael believes in leveraging the best technology with the best people and deal process to minimize risk and achieve best results. Michael excels at identifying value-add investor opportunities and owner-user acquisition.

Education & Affiliations

Michael attended the University of CA, Davis and graduated with a degree in Political Science. He graduated from Jesuit High School and has served on the Alumni Board for 10 years. He is a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and has had his CCIM since 1998. Michael is also a member of ACRE and ULI.
