Michael Smith joined the retail advisory team in the JLL Baltimore office serving as Sr. Vice President in 2022. He specializes in agency leasing, focusing on National Tenant Representation.
Experience:
Michael joined JLL with over 30+ years of retail management experience overseeing all phases of store growth, operations and driving business strategy on behalf of retailers such as South Moon Under, White House Black Market and Chicos.
Education and Affiliations:
Michael lives in Annapolis, Maryland. He earned his B.A. from Drew University, Madison, New Jersey. He is a member of the board of the Friends of St. Johns College and Ticknors Mens Stores and a member of the board of trustees of the Key School, Annapolis, Maryland.
