Current responsibilities
Michael Morgan serves as a Managing Director for JLL’s tenant representation services in Raleigh, North Carolina. The breadth of his experience includes a diverse set of clients that extend throughout many types of users.
Experience
Michael began his real estate career with Andover Realty of N.J., a commercial real estate firm serving industrial clients in the New York Metropolitan area. After rising to Vice President in five years, he chose to start his own full-service real estate company and spent the next seven years closing several million square feet of transactions. In 1996, Michael relocated with his family to Raleigh and joined Corporate Realty Advisors, where he has specialized in tenant representation services for corporate clients. Corporate Realty Advisors was later merged with Jones Lang LaSalle. Over the last 25 years, Michael has developed an extensive and noteworthy client base. He has completed numerous projects in excess of 100,000 square feet for office, life science lab and cGMP, manufacturing and industrial users.
Education and Affiliations
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, N.J. Michael is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina with over 29 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is an active member of the Triangle Area Office Building Association (TRAOBA) and served as a Board member from 2008-2010. He currently serves as a board member for The Catholic Diocese of Raleigh and the Building and Real Estate Commission. He is also a member of CoreNet Global and NC Biotech Life Sciences and the JLL Life Science Practice Group.
