Michael Mazzara is a Managing Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Michael specializes in disposition and acquisition advisory, investment sales, valuation analysis and portfolio analysis in the NYC Metropolitan Area. Michael has a 15-year track record in the real estate industry which comprises of work across development, industrial, multi-housing, office and retail properties. Michael has completed over 350 transactions for an aggregate consideration of over $5B. Michael’s core clients include family offices, institutional investors, private equity firms, REITs, developers, nonprofit and religious organizations, among others. Since 2020, Michael and his team have sold over 9 million buildable square feet of development sites in New York City.
Prior to joining JLL, Michael served as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Earlier, he was a Director at Massey Knakal Realty Services which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield. Michael is a graduate of New York University where he earned his Master’s degree in real estate finance, where he also served as the President of the student body, and St. John’s University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in finance.
