Role
Mike Matter is a Vice President with JLL in the Central Valley office. Since the start of his career in 2004,
Mike has transacted across most major product types throughout the country.
Mike provides strategic solutions and brokerage services to private investors, corporations, institutional owners, developers, logistics providers and transportation companies. Brokerage services include investment sales, site selection, lease transactions, agency and tenant representation, acquisition, disposition, 1031 Exchange, build-to-suit properties and portfolios
Experience
Previously Mike had roles in commercial real estate as a Director with Stan Johnson Company in Newport Beach, First Vice President with Marcus & Millichap in El Segundo and as a tax incentives consultant at The Enterprise Zone Company in Pasadena.
Education
Mike holds a bachelors degree from Occidental College in Los Angeles, where he also played football.
