Experience:
Michael has over a decade experience in the commercial real estate industry and is an influential retail real estate broker in Southern California. Prior to JLL in 2018, Michael spent 5 years at CBRE, where he managed high profile tenants and worked on several ground-up developments, redevelopments, and outparcels for well known developers and owners in Southern California. Presently, Michael exclusively works to heighten JLL’s retail tenant representation in Southern California. His experience has made him an expert in strategic planning, market analysis, and site selection in the Southern California market. He has strong relationships with the most prominent Landlords including Simon, Westfield, Caruso, Macerich, Kimco, the Irvine Company, etc. Michael’s major retailer clients have included The Container Store, FUNLAB, Landmark Theatres, BioLife, TriMark USA, Carlotz, Four Wheel Parts, Carbon Health, Navy Federal Credit Union, and Pacific Dental Services.
