Career Summary
Michael is a Senior Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets and the Managing Principal and Chief Operating Officer of Jones Lang LaSalle Securities, the real estate investment banking affiliate of JLL Americas. He co-leads JLL’s Equity Placement Platform and is a member of the JLL Capital Markets Expanded Executive Committee and Leadership Group. Michael has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment banking. His primary areas of expertise include discretionary funds, portfolio recapitalizations, joint ventures, programmatic equity, entity-level transactions and advisory services.
Prior to joining JLL, Michael was with Chadwick, Saylor & Co., Inc., a boutique investment bank located in Los Angeles. Before that, he was was with Merrill Lynch in the Global Real Estate, Hospitality and Leisure Investment Banking Group.
