Sr. Project Manager - Project & Development Services (PDS)
Current Responsibilities:
Mike is a diverse and seasoned project manager in our Salt Lake City market and provides years of development, design, and construction management experience to the Rocky Mountain team. Mike leads the industrial and multi-family efforts throughout the rocky mountain region. He brings to every project his experience and a fervor for detail, exceeding expectations, and providing clients with a peace of mind such that they will achieve their project objectives.
Experience:
With Mike’s 33 diverse years of experience in Utah and around the country, he provides understanding in industrial, commercial, life science, retail, and multi-family projects. He provides years of experience working with municipalities for entitlements and development approvals. He enjoys complex projects requiring sophisticated execution strategies and the challenge to complete projects on time and in budget. He oversees the entire lifecycle of development projects from feasibility studies and concepts through due diligence, entitlements, design, preconstruction, construction, relocation, and closeout.
Education and Affiliations:
BIS with business management and construction management from Weber State University. BA – Architecture at University of Utah
