Current responsibilities

Michael Corr is a Managing Director with JLL based in Indianapolis.

He serves organizations as their strategic advisor, lowering client’s real estate costs and occupancy risks while maximizing workplace flexibility and productivity. 

Michael’s primary focus is serving JLL’s Market Work Dynamics (MCS) and Work Dynamics (CS) clients, and is the primary point of contact for all MCS and CS clients for the State of Indiana.

Over the last three years, Michael has served as CRM for Brightpoint, an Indianapolis based Fortune 500 international distributor of electronic devices. 

During this time period, Michael has managed nearly 3 million square feet of transactions in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. 

Significant transactions handled for Brightpoint include:

  • Purchase of two buildings in Plainfield, IN totalling over 1 million square feet with a total consideration of over $50 million

  • Transaction management for a 116,000 sf Center of Excellence distribution center in Boras, Sweden

  • Transaction management for a 13,000 sf Shared Service Center in Barcelona, Spain

From 1988-1999 Michael was the founder and director of Mail-Well/ARS, an investor relations/communications partnership which served over 50 publicly traded companies across the Midwest.

Education

Michael received a BS in Finance/Management from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
