Current Responsibilities
Mr. Michael Ciummei joined JLL’s Suburban Boston leasing team in 2014 after working two years as a broker in downtown Boston. Working exclusively on industrial, Michael was named the lead of JLL’s industrial team in New England. Mr. Ciummei is responsible for overseeing all industrial activity in MA, NH & RI.

Mr. Ciummei’s experience includes involvement in a wide range of transactions on behalf of well-known corporations and landlords.
Tenants:
•Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Northern New England – Runs the real estate portfolio for Coca-Cola Bottling Company comprised of over 4 million square feet in New England. Mr. Ciummei advised Coke on a 200,000 square foot built to suit for a new bottling facility in 2018. He also renewed them in 20,000 sf headquarters deal in 2016 and a 15,000 square foot expansion in 2017.
•Essendant – Assisted Essendant on a 150,000 SF renewal in Mansfield, MA. Evaluating multiple options in different markets across MA.
•National Tire Wholesalers – Worked with National Tire Wholesalers on a 90,000 SF relocation in Middleborough, MA.
Landlords:
•155 Shepard Street, Lawrence – Successfully negotiated a 15-year lease representing Seyon Group on a 188,000 square foot industrial building in Lawrence, MA.
•1133 County Street, Taunton – Advising RJ Kelly on a 350,000 square foot industrial building in Taunton, MA.
•16 Forge Park, Franklin – 120,000 square foot industrial building owned by Condyne.
