Current responsibilities
Michael Blyumin is a Managing Director in JLL's Tenant Representation group in Metropolitan Washington, D.C.
He assists with the exclusive representation of corporations and professional firms in the strategic analysis of clients' real estate portfolios or significant individual assets and the implementation of multiple service disciplines to fulfill corresponding needs. He assists with advising clients and acting on their behalf for the relocation, renegotiation and disposition of office and industrial space on a multi-market basis.
Experience
Michael has been with JLL for 13 years assisting with the representation of numerous office space occupiers in their real estate needs.
A sampling of previous and existing clients that he has worked with include: Cisco Systems, VeriSign Inc., GEICO, T. Rowe Price, Xerox, Global Science & Technology, QinetiQ North America, Inc., Airbus Americas, Inc., MetLife, Unisys, Corinthian Colleges Inc., Acentia, Whitney, Bradley & Brown, CACI, Inc., Ellucian, and Exelis Inc.
Prior to joining JLL, Michael was a financial analyst in the Real Estate department of a major hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
Education and affiliations
Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he majored in Finance.
He holds real estate licenses in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia.
