Current responsibilities
Michael Adler is a Senior Director with JLL Value and Risk Advisory.
Mr. Adler has a wide variety of appraisal experience in the metropolitan New York City area and the greater Tri-State area, including multifamily, cooperative, condominium, retail, industrial, office, land, and mixed-used properties. Assignments include proposed and new construction, substantial rehabilitation, affordable housing, multifamily portfolio, and small- to large-scale office.
Experience
Mr. Adler has nearly 6 years of appraisal experience and has extensive experience with rent regulated assets in the New York City area. Mr. Adler has a comprehensive understanding of rent regulation, specifically rent stabilization and rent control in New York City and its impact on value.
Mr. Adler is an approved supervisory appraiser and has been responsible for training several junior appraisers. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Adler worked as an appraiser with Metropolitan Valuation Services (MVS) from 2017 until its acquisition by JLL in 2022.

- University of Delaware - Bachelor of Science in Finance, with minors in Economics, International Business, and Management Information Systems.
