Responsibilities

Meghan draws upon her extensive experience in commercial interior design and workplace planning to deliver strategic solutions to her clients. Her work enables organizations to make complex real estate decisions by creating clarity around workplace and workforce challenges. She focuses on helping JLL clients achieve organizational alignment on the purpose of the physical workplace and translating that consensus into a tangible result. Her expertise goes well beyond technical space design to include hybrid work structures, employee wellbeing strategies, and solid business acumen.

Meghan is involved in the full project lifecycle, using her proficiency in the design and construction phases to guide her clients seamlessly to successful completion. Her unique skillset and knack for developing smart, attainable solutions is a differentiator for the JLL Indianapolis Tenant Representation team.

Experience & Successes

  • 17+ years of CRE industry experience, including office, industrial, healthcare and retail segments.
  • Specializes in a proprietary workplace strategy process that balances the goals of an organization with the needs of its workforce.
  • Has served on project teams for many award-winning projects in the IIDA Idea awards, The Indy Chamber Monumental awards, Spaces awards, and NAIOP Project of the Year award.
  • Since 2020, has helped more than 65 organizations develop and implement workplace transformations.
