Description
With over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, Megan Woodring is a Senior Director at JLL Capital Markets, where she participates in the placement of debt financing for various property types across the country. Megan has originated and executed more than $10 billion in debt placement, developing a forte in structured debt and construction financing.
She has established strong relationships with diverse capital sources, including life insurance companies, pension funds, banks, debt funds, REITs, and CMBS lenders. She is also an active member and leader of several professional associations, such as NAIOP, the Bay Area Mortgage Association, and CREW. Her mission is to be a market maker and deliver optimal financing solutions for her clients and partners, leveraging her expertise, network, and communication skills.
