Current responsibilities:
Meaghan Elwell is the President of the Industrials Division of JLL Work Dynamics Americas business. In this role, she has executive responsibility for global outsourcing relationships with over 40 clients and several thousand employees across Manufacturing, Aviation, Automotive, Oil & Gas, and Utilities industries. Meaghan is based in New York City and has been with JLL for over 18 years.
Experience:
Meaghan was most recently a Group Account Executive, providing executive oversight to a portfolio of global and regional JLL Work Dynamics accounts. This included 15 corporate relationships with Fortune 500 companies, covering over 50M square feet of real estate.
Prior to that role, Meaghan was a Managing Director in JLL’s Consulting group, developing and implementing real estate strategies for clients around strategic alignment, change management, process improvement, CRM, organizational design, employee engagement, target operating model, and operational excellence.
Before joining Consulting, Meaghan spent more than three years as a Leasing Agent with JLL’s Downtown Chicago Agency Leasing Team.
Prior to joining JLL, Meaghan was Director of the San Francisco facility for Plaza Research, a national market research firm that recruits and hosts focus groups. Before that, she worked as a Media Planner for PHD.
Education and affiliations:
Meaghan holds a Masters in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Georgetown University. She is certified by LUMA in Human Centered Design, a LEED© Accredited Professional, a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, & LaMarsh Change Management trained.
Meaghan was named 2019 Service Provider of the Year by the CoreNet NYC Chapter. She is also an Executive Sponsor of the JLL Latino Empowerment Resource Network (LERN), and is actively involved with several other Business Resource Groups at JLL.
