Maureen is a Senior Vice President in JLL's Los Angeles office. She has spent her career working in the Los Angeles and Southern California markets, specializing in tenant representation with an emphasis on market intelligence and analysis, portfolio strategy, and transaction implementation.
Maureen is responsible for representing clients in office space acquisitions and dispositions, and brings strong analytical skills, strategic thought, and market knowledge to the planning, relocation and negotiation processes. Her goal has been to develop long term working relationships by reducing risk and exposure, and increasing efficiency and profitability for clients. Since joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Maureen has worked to complete over 11 million square feet in leases, totaling over $3.3 billion in value.
Maureen attended Wake Forest University and earned a Bachelor of Arts Honors in English, and Communication.
