Current Responsibilities and Experience
Maureen is a Senior Vice President and Associate Director in JLL’s Los Angeles office. She has spent her career working in the Los Angeles, Southern California, national and global markets, specializing in tenant representation with an emphasis on market intelligence and analysis, portfolio strategy, and transaction implementation. Maureen’s corporate account management includes client representation on national and global bases.
Maureen is responsible for representing clients in office space acquisitions and dispositions, and brings strategic thought, strong analystical skills, and market knowledge to the planning, relocation and negotiation processes. Her goal has been to develop long term working relationships by reducing risk and exposure, and increasing efficiency and profitability for clients.
In her time at JLL, Maureen has worked to complete over 15 million square feet in leases valued at over $4.5 Billion. Some of her most notable transactions include: DirecTV (1M SF), Yahoo! (800,000 SF), ByteDance (700,000), William Morris Endeavor (on-going 500,000+ SF), Capital Group (450,000+ SF), Morgan Stanley (350,000 SF), and Wells Fargo Bank (225,000+ SF).
