Current Responsibilities:

Matthew Dorman serves as a team member for both acquisition and disposition of real estate, as well as Tenant and Agency representation in the Eastern Pennsylvania region.

Professional and charitable affiliations:

Matt joined JLL in March of 2018 and has 20+ years of commercial real estate experience in brokerage, construction, development, and investment sales. He began his Lehigh Valley commercial real estate career in the Lehigh Valley after working in the New York City market negotiating easement agreements for a technology & communications company in Manhattan and Queens. Prior to his New York City experience, Matt has been personally involved in real estate transactions, multi-unit apartment rentals, construction, and development and has hands on experience in construction inspection and renovation/resale of real estate. His diverse educational background, knowledge, creativity, and experience in the commercial real estate market allows him to utilize his abilities to better serve his clients; consistently delivering comprehensive results. 

Additionally, Matt gained finance experience early on in his career at Chrysler Financial Corporation. He successfully used this financial background to close real estate transactions for numerous large multinational corporations to small local non-profit organizations in the Lehigh Valley. Matt has been recognized as a Top Broker several times by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal and his understanding of client’s “needs” and “wants” has assisted him in completing 1000+ leasing and sales transactions of more than 3.2 million square feet of commercial real estate.

Education:

Matt graduated from Mansfield University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Finance. Matt continued his education at Temple University and completed several master’s degree corporate finance credits.

Matt presently serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley which matches disadvantaged children with mentors to help reshape the future of our communities.
