Current Responsibilities:
Matt joined JLL in 2017, providing clients with a full scope of real estate services in the industrial and office sector. He specializes in providing market research, financial models, site selection and market strategies for agency leasing, tenant representation and acquisitions and dispositions of income producing property. Matt holds a real estate license in Mississippi and Tennessee. He served on the JLL Atlanta Digital Excellence Board in 2018 and is the proud recipient of the JLL Gold Baton award, JLL Rising Star award, MAAR Pinnacle Awards Newcomer of the Year 2019 and the MAAR Pinnacle Producers Club.
Education and Affiliations:
Matt graduated from the University of Mississippi where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration. While working toward his undergraduate degree, he lettered four years on the University’s baseball team. He is a member of the M-Club, Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR), and the Phoenix Club of Memphis.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time in the outdoors.
