Matt is a Senior Managing Director in the Atlanta office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has over 20 years of experience in brokerage, capital markets, acquisitions, and asset management. He specializes in industrial investment advisory transactions throughout the Southeastern U.S. and is a member of JLL’s National Industrial Capital Market Team – a fully integrated national practice which executed over $23.4 billion of industrial disposition, equity placement and loan sales transactions in 2023. In the Southeast, Matt and JLL’s regional team have completed an aggregate transactional value of $12.25 billion, totaling over
117.2 million square feet since 2021.
Prior to joining HFF in 2018, Matt was a Senior Vice President at Colliers International, where he was part
of a team that collectively closed more than $2.5 billion of industrial transactions totaling over 36 million square feet. Before that, he worked on both acquisition and asset management at Atlanta based Carter. Matt began his career at the Walker Companies, an industrial real estate brokerage.
