Current responsibilities
Matt specializes in being a one point of contact (POC) to deliver commercial real estate solutions for companies both locally and globally. He loves building longlasting relationships with his clients and delivering meaningful results on every transaction. All concessions negotiated for his clients are calculated in the form of savings and cost avoidance following each transaction to ensure measurable value has been created through the execution of each strategy. He specializes in tenant representation, strategy development, relocations, renewals, expansions, dispositions, strategic consulting for merger and acquisition activities, corporate re-structuring for real estate portfolios, national and global real estate consulting, technology advisory, and transaction management. Matt leverages JLL’s technology platform and JLL’s deep bench of resources to create the best solutions for his clients both locally and globally.
Experience
Matt has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate successfully negotiating more than 350 transactions totaling approx. $675Min client obligations and commitments. He is part of a unique team comprised of his wife Amanda Sanderson, mentor Chad Baker and teammate Lauren Stifflemire. Together their brand is focused on ethics, relationships and results.
