Current Responsibilities
Matt Rose is a Director and member of JLL’s National MultiHousing group for Valuation & Advisory Services. Based in Atlanta, Mr. Rose heads the Southeast Multi-Housing Team which encompasses Georgia, The Carolinas, Alabama, and Mississippi. In this role, he specializes in the valuation of multihousing assets, including conventional and small balance multifamily, Freddie/Fannie Mae transactions, affordable housing, workforce housing, and student housing. Mr. Rose is responsible for client management and overall platform growth within the national multi-housing valuation team
Experience
Prior to joining JLL in April of 2019, Mr. Rose worked at Newmark Knight Frank focusing on a wide variety of asset types, including multi- housing, office, industrial, and retail properties. Mr. Rose has successfully completed numerous real estate related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, accredited universities and other institutions.

- University of Georgia, Bachelor’s Degree – Real Estate
- Completed an array of qualifying and continuing education with the Appraisal Institute
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the following States:
