Matt serves as a Vice President in JLL’s Downtown Los Angeles office, where he specializes in representing office users throughout Southern California. Matt is well versed in leveraging the broad JLL real estate services platform including technology and data/analytic driven tools and resources for the benefit of his clients.
With a keen understanding of all phases of the commercial real estate cycle and transaction process, Matt's ability to listen to his clients, understand their needs, and assess and advise on all phases of their real estate process repeatedly delivers measurable results that fuel his clients’ business success.
His extensive knowledge and experience in multiple industries and markets has enabled him to successfully negotiate the acquisition and disposition of millions of square feet of office space in Southern California since 1998.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Southern California.
Outside of real estate, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, coaching Little League Baseball and youth soccer, as well as traveling and the occasional round of golf.
