Current Responsibilities
Mr. Montague is an Associate for JLL in the Fort Worth office, specializing in Tenant Representation for office, industrial and land transactions. He is skilled in financial analysis, site selection and acquisition, and lease negotiations. He possesses strong analytical skills and market knowledge that lead to beneficial savings in time and money for his clients.
Experience
In Mr. Montague’s 8 years of experience, he has been involved in transactions with Bell Helicopter, Star Telegram, ThyssenKrupp, Brookshire’s Grocery Company, BBVA Compass Bank, The United Way of Tarrant County, Greenlee Textron, and Moncrief Cancer Center.
Education and affiliations
Mr. Montague graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelors of business administration with a concentration in accounting. He has received the following awards during his real estate career:

Mr. Montague currently serves on the Trinity Valley School Alumni Board and is an active member of the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council.
