Current responsibilities
Matt Loughlin serves as an Associate Vice President in JLL’s Parsippany, NJ Office. He is a member of the Parsippany Office Brokerage Team. He focuses on leasing/disposition and portfolio strategy solutions with the firms Life Science and Pharmaceutical practice.
Experience
Matt formerly served as an Associate Vice President in JLL's Midtown Manhattan office, starting in 2019. He was a member of the New York Consulting/Advisory Group, a team that partners with brokerage personnel and provides new business development, strategy development, financial structuring, and transaction execution services. He has completed projects that emphasized portfolio strategy, location advisory & site selection, financial engineering & deal structuring, occupancy cost reduction and transaction support.
