Current responsibilities
Matt Kern serves as Senior Director with JLL Value and Risk Advisory in the United States. In this role, he conducts appraisals, market studies, and other consulting assignments for senior housing assets nationwide.
Experience
Mr. Kern joined JLL in June 2017 as an analyst and has performed appraisal services consisting of narrative and summary real estate appraisals for various senior housing property types.
