Current responsibilities:
Matt Kern serves as a Vice President with JLL Valuation Advisory in the United States. In this role, he conducts appraisals, market studies and other consulting assignments for seniors housing assets nationwide.
Experience:
Mr. Kern joined JLL in June 2017 as an analyst and has performed appraisal services consisting of narrative and summary real estate appraisals for various seniors housing property types.
