Current responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager Matt Hahn oversees the project management of capital and tenant improvement projects in five of Callahan Management’s six buildings in the downtown Denver market. This includes Tabor Center, US Bank Tower, Dominion Towers, 410 17th Street and Civic Center Plaza. This portion of the portfolio equates to over 3 million square feet of office and retail space.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL in March 2015, Matt worked as a project manager for a Denver based project management firm that specialized in tenant representation for seven years, and before that he worked f as a project manager for a commercial general contractor.
It was in these two roles that Matt gained a deeper understanding of the responsibilities of project team members inside and outside of the construction scope, and also how to identify, procure, coordinate and manage the services of these additional parties. This knowledge allows Matt to leverage all parties abilities and unique roles to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Education and affiliations
Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He is also a LEED Green Associate.
