Current Responsibilities:
Matt is a Senior Vice President with JLL in the Philadelphia region. With a focus on Tenant Representation Services, Matt develops and implements strategic real estate solutions to meet and exceed clients’ business objectives. Matt assists tenants with lease renewals, lease restructures, office relocations, portfolio management, dispositions, strategic planning and workplace strategy.
Recent Experience:
Matt rejoined JLL in 2019 after having spent 8 years with the company from 2005 to 2013. Prior to rejoining JLL, Matt spent 6 years as Vice President of New Business Development for CFI, a high-end commercial office furniture company. Matt was responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with top outside sales reps as well as leading strategic initatives on behalf of CFI. Matt’s diverse skill set in understanding the needs and challenges of the business along with his expertise in workplace strategy ultimatley led him back to his passion at JLL.
With a strong background representing occupiers (tenants), advising institutional investors, underwriting acquisitions and studying adaptive reuse development projects, Matt is able to provide a unique and holistic perspective when representing space occupiers. Some of Matt’s previous and current clients include MetLife, Bentley Systems, CNA Financial, HealthCare Appraisers, HSBC, Goldberg Segalla
Education & Affiliations:
Matt earned a degree in Liberal Arts from Villanova University where he was a member of the Varsity Baseball team. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a member of Manufacturers Golf & Country Club and coaches youth baseball for Lower Gwynedd Little League.
