Career summary
Matt is a Managing Director in the Atlanta office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He is primarily responsible for debt and equity placement transactions throughout the United States, with a focus on the Southeast.
Matt started at HFF in September 2015. Before that, he served as a senior associate director in the Washington, D.C. office of GE Capital Real Estate. Prior roles at GE Capital also included asset management in Chicago and underwriting in Orange County, California. He began his career as a credit analyst at Pullman Bank in Chicago.
Throughout the course of his career at JLL, he has been involved with the capitalization of more than $4.25 billion of transaction volume, including debt and equity financings across all major property types.
