Mark Vanis is a Managing Director in the Downtown Los Angeles office of JLL.
He is a senior member of the Reno, Vanis, Gale & Segal team, one of the nation’s leading industrial teams, where together they consistently transact at record setting levels. They are a well-recognized and respected leader in the industrial real estate industry with over 55 combined years of experience.
Mark serves as a strategic advisor for investors, developers and occupiers of industrial space in the Central Los Angeles market. Mark is well versed in business and transactional contract negotiations for industrial asset leasing, disposition and acquisitions. He provides consultative services to help businesses navigate the details of relocation, competitive properties, market data, rental negotiation and TI options.
Over his career, Mark has assisted with complex lease negotiations, owner/user transactions, investment acquisitions/dispositions and work with major property owners, small businesses and tenants alike.
Mark is a Southern California native, growing up locally in the San Gabriel Valley. He lives in Sierra Madre with his wife and three children. He is a proud father and husband who spends his free time with his family.
