Career summary
Mark is a Managing Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Mark focuses primarily on debt and joint venture equity placement transactions throughout the Western U.S. His areas of expertise include arranging project debt and joint venture equity financing for all types of commercial and hospitality real estate, programmatic joint ventures and investment funds. He has worked on a variety of assignments throughout his career, including dispositions, construction and acquisition debt financings, equity recapitalizations for single-asset and portfolio transactions.
Prior to joining HFF in 2018, he was a Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt and Structured Finance Group covering the Western U.S. He began his brokerage career at Sonnenblick-Goldman, which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2007. Prior to that, he spent time in the Real Estate Merchant Banking division at Wells Fargo and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey’s Equity Research Group.
