Current Responsibilities:
As part of the leading occupier advisory team based in Houston, Mark represents occupiers in their office and industrial real estate needs, both locally and globally (North/South America, Europe, Africa, Asia). Mark leads his clients to make well-informed decisions on a wide range of scenarios within their portfolio, spanning from complex lease restructures or dispositions to simple lease renewals. Mark’s overarching focus is centered in portfolio optimization and the integration of select tools at hand to forge successful, “best-case scenario” solutions. With nearly 10 years of experience in the industry, Mark continuously delivers value by leveraging his background in research and applying an analytical approach to all transactions.
