Current Responsibilities
Mr. Krenger’s career in commercial real estate started in 1987 in Austin, Texas during graduate school. He has been practicing in the San Antonio market since 1989 with a focus on leasing, development, investment sales and property management.
Experience
Prior to JLL, Mr. Krenger co-founded Travis Commercial Real Estate Service, Ltd. JLL acquired Travis Commercial in 2016. Prior to Travis Commercial, Mr. Krenger served as a Vice President at Transwestern Property Company where he led office and industrial leasing assignments and project acquisition / disposition projects.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Krenger graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science. He also holds an MBA in Finance/Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin. Mark is an active member of the San Antonio community and is a member of several prominent social and civic organizations. Mark is a member of the Texas Cavaliers and served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Cavaliers Charitable Foundation and is a past President. He also served on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Zoo and is a former Board of Directors member for the Real Estate Council of San Antonio.
