Current Responsibilities

Mark Jacobs is responsible for business development in the Fairfield and Westchester County office markets. Mark also works on commercial real estate transactions worldwide. He specializes in tenant representation and partners with companies to lead and support strategic occupancy plans. Mark's responsibilities include Transaction Management, Portfolio Optimization, Financial Analysis, Site Acquisitions and Dispositions.

Experience

Mark helped secure and support clients including USAlliance Federal Credit Union, The Legal Aid Society of Westchester County, MAM USA, CareCore National, and Bankers Life. 

He helped lead a project team which successfully sold USAlliance's headquarters building; and negotiated their long-term relocation in Rye, NY. He also helped lead a long-term relocation and expansion on behalf of The Legal Aid Society of Westchester County in White Plains, NY.
Mark received JLL's Top Achiever Award in 2015 and Gold Achiever Award in 2016.

Education and Affiliations

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from Springfield College.
