Current Responsibilities
Managing Director, specializing the leasing and sales of commercial properties in the greater Eastside and Seattle markets. Prior to JLL, Mark was a Co-Founder and Principal with Pacific Real Estate Partners, which was acquired by JLL in 2011.
Experience
With 30 years experience, Mark has represented landlords in lease transactions totaling in excess of 12M SF and responsible for coordinating the marketing and disposition of over $2B in sales transactions. Major transactions include pre-leasing new construction projects in Bellevue, Centre 425 (425,000 SF) and Advanta (600,000 SF).
