Description
Mark is a Managing Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He began his career at JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is a multi-housing and build-for-rent development capital specialist with significant experience as a real estate capital advisor for institutional and regional multifamily developer clients. Mark has arranged GP, joint venture, and preferred equity, as well as participating, mezzanine, construction, and bridge take-out debt for multifamily product. He has additional focuses of sourcing development sites for his developer clients and advising on land sales.
Since 2010, he has closed 62 multi-housing capital JV equity transactions comprising over $1.83 billion of equity capital, making Mark one of the most experienced multi-housing development advisors within JLL and the U.S. Mark focuses on relationships with the top 150 institutional equity providers for multi-housing projects.
Prior to JLL, Mark was part of EY’s consulting practice, where he provided corporate strategy, operations, and SAP advisory services for executives at Fortune 500 companies. Mark began his career as an engineer for Boeing in Southern California.
