Career Summary
Mark is a Senior Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He has been involved in commercial real estate since 2000. His primary areas of responsibility involve capitalizing commercial real estate including multi-housing, office, retail, industrial, mixed use, hotels, seniors housing, and self-storage. Mark has facilitated structured finance solutions in conventional permanent financings, joint ventures, mezzanine debt, bridge loans, and construction financing. Over his time with JLL, Mark’s direct transactional experience exceeds $3.5 billion.
Prior to joining JLL in 2013, Mark was a partner and managing director/investments with E2M Partners and SRI Ventures LLC, affiliate companies of Sammons Enterprises. In both positions Mark was responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and executing equity investments for the Sammons companies. Prior to that, he was a director for HFF where he arranged financing for a broad range of real estate properties in excess of $1 billion during his six-year tenure. Before that, Mark was a professional baseball pitcher with the Boston Red Sox and the Texas Rangers.
