Marisa specializes in landlord and tenant high street/urban retail leasing with an additional focus on national business development.
Experience
Marisa began her career working on the brand side of the luxury fashion industry, from Prada to Michael Kors and many in between. Her intimate understanding of a brand’s DNA and desires ultimately lead her to commercial real estate representation. With a strong handle on market trends and her pulse on both
emerging and established brands, Marisa is instrumental in merchandising of Landlord projects.
Education and affiliations
A California native, she finds herself back in Los Angeles after years in New York and Dallas which further add to her knowledge of both the local and national markets. Marisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Methodist University and resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters.
