Current Responsibilities
Ms. Ratzlaff is a Executive Vice President of Industrial Real Estate Services at JLL's Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania office. She is part of a dedicated industrial team providing a wide range of services including tenant representation, agency leasing and sales and site selection. Maria's most significant recent transactions include representation of Procter & Gamble for a 1.7 million s.f. build-to-suit, Nordstrom in their acquisition of 92 acres for a state of the art online fulfillment center and Ollie's Bargain Outlet for a lease of 962,000 s.f.
Experience
Ms. Ratzlaff joined JLL in 2010 as a Senior Brokerage Assistant where she managed marketing, financial analysis and client communications for the Philadelphia Regional Industrial team. Her responsibilities also included property marketing and reporting, presentation and proposal creation and production of marketing communications for prospective and current clients. Ms. Ratzlaff soon transitioned her role within JLL to an Senior Associate focusing on tenant and landlord representation where she has been instrumental in over 12 million square feet of transactions.
Ms. Ratzlaff's background in real estate began as a Loan Coordinator for National City Mortgage where she managed all aspects of the mortgage process from business development to closing. In 2008, she branched into commercial real estate when she joined a boutique commercial real estate and development firm in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Her role there included site selection, production of all marketing materials and client communication. In her two years with the company, she took on many new responsibilities including all GIS tasks, web site development, project budgets and pro formas.
Education and Affiliation
Ms. Ratzlaff graduated Summa Cum Laude from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. She is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson.
