Current Responsibilities
Ms. Sorrentino provides Transaction Management oversight to a nine-person team dedicated to Morgan Stanley consisting of Transaction Managers, Transaction and Financial Analysts. The team is responsible for the Americas Portfolio of retail and office properties.
Experience
Over 25 Years of experience with large financial institutions on both the Service Provider and Corporate side as well as institutional Asset Management. During her career Ms. Sorrentino has represented tenants and landlords in office and retail leasing, sales, build-to-suit and sale lease-back transactions.
Ms. Sorrentino began her Corporate Real Estate Career working with Prudential Financial where she held positions of increasing responsibility manging transactions globally. In addition, Ms. Sorrentino has worked for CBS/Viacom, Prudential Real Estate Investors and Morgan Stanley. In 2013 Ms. Sorrentino transitioned to the service provider side joining CBRE and subsequently joined JLL in 2020 to work on the Morgan Stanley account as the TM Lead.
