Current responsibilities:
Based in Boston, MA, Margo is a Senior Manager of Research Operations for JLL. She is responsible for creating processes and efficiencies for the research team globally. She manages a portfolio of vendor relationships, oversees the team financial guidelines, and specializes in content management strategies and solutions.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, Mrs. Chisholm was a Research Analyst for The Yankee Group, an independent boutique research and consulting firm. In this role Mrs. Chisholm was involved in implementing a large consumer survey on the likelihood to adopt new technologies. She was a prolific writer, producing many industry reports and analysis on the survey findings. She also worked with many high-profile clients to create consumer marketing plans and product launches.
Education and affiliations:
Mrs. Chisholm holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Master of Arts degree from Suffolk University. She is a member of the Celiac Kids Connection at Boston Children’s Hospital.
Outside interests:
Outside of the office, Mrs. Chisholm can often be found at her kids’ sporting events. She also enjoys refinishing antique furniture and painting.
