Current responsibilities
Marc Nanne currently serves as Managing Director in the Tenant Representation Services Group in the JLL Minneapolis office. In addition to providing real estate planning for corporate users, investors and developers, Marc’s expertise encompasses site analysis and advisement for development opportunities. Extremely well-versed in maximizing the value of commercial real estate for his clients, Marc is a trusted expert with more than 30 years in the industry.

Marc’s serves both local and internal cliental, spanning most commercial property types as he effectively structures the most effective and robust teams to meet the assignment. He has vast experience with office, industrial, medical, hotel, senior housing, restaurant, retail, and multi-family real estate.
