Current responsibilities
Marc Bassin is Managing Director in JLL’s Vienna’s office. He has over 26 years of commercial real estate experience and represents landlords in the Northern Virginia market.
Experience
Marc joined JLL in May 2007. Prior to joining JLL, Marc was a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield. He possesses strong analytical capabilities, broad knowledge of building systems, space planning and space needs; and skill level in lease negotiation and preparation. His broadly-based experience representing both institutional owners and tenants benefits all of his clients.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, Marc owned his own company. His personal experience as a business owner enables him to thoroughly understand the needs and concerns of the business owners he represents, and together with his extensive experience in the Northern Virginia commercial real estate marketplace, establishes him as one of the most elite real estate professionals in Northern Virginia.
Education and affliliations
Marc received his Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University. In 2000, Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR) recognized him as the number three leasing agent in Northern Virginiaq. He is a licensed salesperson in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
