Senior Manager, U.S. Statistics & Data
Current responsibilities:
Based in Denver, Mandy is Senior Manager for U.S. Statistics & Data, and her role involves leading the quarterly statistics and reporting process, ensuring accurate data, and managing a team of Market Intelligence Analysts. Mandy works with analysts around the country to add to and enhance data in MarketSphere, JLL’s proprietary database.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, Mandy worked in residential real estate, producing market materials, and assisting agents and their clients with the sale and purchase of homes. In 2007, Mandy joined The Staubach Company in Seattle as a brokerage assistant and was brought to JLL with the acquisition in 2008. In 2010, Mandy moved to Denver and took on the role of Research Analyst. She continued to grow in that role through 2021 when she joined the Statistics & Data team.
Education and affiliations:
Mandy holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Outside interests:
Mandy enjoys spending time with her son, husband, and dog, often volunteering for various events at her son’s school. She is an avid cyclist and enjoys walking and hiking in Colorado.
