Current Responsibilities:
Mallory is an Advisor within JLL’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Solutions, where she focuses on the overall development and implementation of leasing strategies for healthcare real estate in Greater Houston and The Texas Medical Center. Her current responsibilities include property marketing, due diligence review, lease negotiations, and market research. Mallory leverages technology, industry insight and knowledge to build trust and best serve her clients. As a healthcare specialist, she interfaces with both physicians and landlords and markets and executes complex real estate transactions.
Experience:
Before joining JLL in 2016, Mallory spent two years as a Recruitment Advisor in the oil and gas industry. As a strategic partner, Mallory offered a turnkey workforce solution to capture and deliver the top talent needed to complete successful projects by aligning with the unique needs of each client.
