Current Responsibilities

Luke Pope joined JLL in 2013 and serves as an Executive Vice President. He is responsible for commercial leasing and sales transactions involving occupiers, owners and investors of industrial real estate throughout the Northeast Florida market.

Experience

Prior to joining JLL, Luke served as the Manager of Leasing for Republic Property Company, a private industrial development firm based out of Atlanta, GA. He managed an industrial building and land portfolio located throughout Florida, Georgia, Texas and Indiana and completed over one hundred million dollars of leasing and sales transactions. He was also responsible for locating properties throughout the country for new development projects and on behalf of clients. Prior to Republic, Luke worked on the industrial transaction services team at GVA Advantis Commercial Real Estate where he assisted local and national clients with the lease, purchase and sale of industrial real estate. In 2019, Luke received the 2019 Industrial Broker of the Year, 2019 Industrial Lease of the Year and 2019 Industrial Sale of the Year from the Northeast Florida Chapter of NAIOP.

Education and Affiliations

Luke is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is a designated member of SIOR and a licensed real estate agent in the states of Florida and Georgia.

Luke is a member of JLL’s Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions Team, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, the JAX USA Business Development Committee, the Northeast Florida Chapter of NAIOP, the St. Vincent’s Shircliff Society and the Transportation Club of Jacksonville.
