Luke Aeschliman is a member of the Midwest Retail Group.
Luke’s primary responsibilities include Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation and sale and lease negotiations of retail properties in Indiana.

Agency leasing, tenant representation, lease negotiations, acquisition/dispositions.
Experience:
Aeschliman joined JLL in 2022 and transitioned to the Midwest Retail Group in 2024. He has spent the last 17 years in the commercial real estate industry, working with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and everything in between, including 10+ years working for shopping mall giant Simon Property Group and 4+ years managing the real estate portfolio for Valparaiso University through a wholly owned subsidiary. Aeschliman has considerable
experience on the deal making side of the business as a landlord representative as well as transactions on both the buyer and seller side. His diverse background also includes asset/property management and development. He sees the big picture, providing a holistic approach to value creation for clients.

Volunteerism:
Luke is passionate about using his gifts and talents outside of the workplace to make a positive impact in the local community. He likes to say he’s a steward by faith and trade. Luke’s favorite ways to volunteer include serving hot meals at Wheeler Mission, assisting with Habitat for Humanity builds alongside his wife Jena, and coaching their three daughters’ youth basketball teams.
