Current responsibilities:
Ms. Horvath leads the Hospitality Project Management Practice for the Midwest and also serves the Practice nationally for specific clients and pursuits. She served as the Project Executive for the $145 million historic restoration and renovation of the Chicago Athletic Association. She also recently completed the $24 million renovation of the Mandarin Oriental in San Francisco and the $16 million renovation of The Hyatt Lodge at McDonald’s Corporate Campus in Oak Brook, Illinois. These projects included the overall direction to project team, orchestration of the consultant and contractor selection, the coordination of the complete re-design, re-construction, procurement and implementation of renovation. Her responsibilities also included all project reporting, budgeting, control and document reviews to support the project.
